We make every effort to ship our products as carefully as possible so that they can be enjoyed the way you intended. To ensure our product’s best quality when distributing, our Shipping Prices Are Based On The Delivery Options From UPS.
All products are packaged with ice packs and in protective materials to guarantee your chocolates arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for any melted or damages to your chocolates/treats that may occur during shipping/delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please make sure there is someone at the address to accept the package so that the order is not left outside where it could be affected by the weather.
Please track your packages using your emailed tracking number to ensure the integrity of your chocolates.
